I had a very positive experience. Never felt presured or rushed to make a deal. I even walked out of the dealership once when we could not agree to numbers and even then they weren’t pushy or overly aggressive in trying to get me back. Smitty did a good job in trying to get a good deal for me and I ended up buying from them. Another thing I like is that they dnt work Sundays. I feel Sundays should be family time and that was another reason I bought from them. I dnt know what car will be my next purchase but if I’m considering a VW, I’ll definitely go to Tom Bush before any other VW dealership.
