onI visited on September 27 for a tire change (my right front tire appeared to have a leak), a wheel alignment and general tire inspection. The first 2 services were performed and I was told that the tire inspection indicated that I also needed to change another tire (something to do with treads). I was initially told that the tire was in stock but then it was not, so I took the car home and was assured that I would be contacted when the tire was available. There was no further communication , so I called on October 25 and left a voicemail. There has been no response to my voicemail.
