He was professional, courteous and personable. While I didn't purchase a Lexus - the manufacturer he's most familiar with - he was still willing and able to help me learn more about the car, get any of my questions answered and my concerns addressed promptly and effectively. I was also appreciative of his willingness to communicate with me any time, day or night, whenever I had a question or needed a status update on the car. The terrific service didn't end there. Once Peregrin and I had formalized our deal over a handshake (and a deposit on the car), transitioning over to the "finance manager" to draft up the terms and complete the sale - Peter Quagliaroli, was a great experience. Mr. Quagliaroli was not only able to provide me with answers to all of my financial questions, he provided me with a level of peace of mind about my purchase that I've never experienced at another dealership. You're always taking a bit of a gamble when buying used, but Peter made me feel confident in my decision by stressing the value and level of service I could expect as a Hoffman Lexus customer should an issue with my vehicle ever arise.
