Schaller Subaru

This is the second vehicle I purchased from Schaller Subaru and was by far much better experience than I could have anticipated. From the very first interaction, both Vince and Matt went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction with my new car. I believe the fact that they actually listened to me and made a concentrated effort to match my needs with the right vehicle greatly contributed to the fact that I LOVE my new Subaru Outback! My salesperson was Matt and his attention to detail that most others would have overlooked was much appreciated. It may seem insignificant to others, but the fact that hey cared enough to help me to keep the license plate that I have on my vehicle currently ( which would have been replaced without their intervention!) meant a great deal to me. Every single person at Schaller's has treated both my husband and I with the utmost patience and courtesy. Both Vince and Matt have followed up with me since the sale more than once and know how pleased we are with the entire experience. We were pleased with the financial aspect of our transaction and the way our closing was handled. It is unusual to give "glowing" reviews to an experience such as buying a car, but in this case it is warranted! Thanks to Vince and to Matt, we are convinced that at Schaller's there is no such thing as "we can't" - the "We will - and do!" attitude is reflected throughout I am convinced that my next vehicle purchases will be through Schaller's for years to come.
