Absolute nightmare!

onI've never had such a bad customer experience as I've had when buying our BMW from Schomp.
We were harassed, threatened and lied to by the financial department and other representatives (mostly by Robb AshBy, Jin Pak).
Your policy of ONE PRICE, ONE PERSON, ONE HOUR, couldnt be more far from the truth: it took 11 days to finalize the sale and involved more than 4 people.
Schomp has been awful to deal with.

We regret that you feel this way. We did our very best to over-communicate with you about the potential pitfalls and bottlenecks associated with bank approvals. I am sorry to hear that you took these as harassing and threatening. We do have a firm 24 hour policy to hold vehicles while a guest is arranging for outside financing. This is to ensure that each and every guest gets an equal opportunity to purchase a vehicle, should they choose to. I do understand and wholeheartedly take this feedback as an opportunity and will use this for future training with our associates. We appreciate the patience in coordinating with you banks approval and the stipulations they put on the approval...
