Drew Tompkins And Salesperson Blake have given me a bad experience due to their utter lack of communication. I was recuited by an internet recuiter named Angelica. She told me it was the end of the month and I could take advantage of incentives and get absolute top dollar for my trade, which is a 08 BMW 335, in great condition. I advised her I didn't have the greatest credit and she told me LaFontaine is the home of Guaranteed credit approval! No worries!! We talked about a New Camaro and/or Challenger. How there were so many incentives for down-payment assistance....... I was sent an email with confirmation numbers, contact names..... So I started calling Drew Tompkins first thing in the morning, (Im excited, thinking Im getting a new Camaro or Challenger) Drew never calls me back. Instead Blake calls. Tells me about a Burgundy Challenger that'll work. Ok. I was sent a text stating the docs needed and I sent them right away via text. Didn't hear from him for hours. I called Angelica and after speaking with her,I get a text from Blake staing " ok, just a sec". Didnt hear from him again for hours. Called Angelica. Blake calls says Tomorrow. So I drive an hour to the Dealership to be blown off and Blake nowhere to be Found!! Drew was too busy to see me. He had customers in his office and others waiting....... (according to the greeter who met me at the door). I just drove from Portage Michigan over an hour away and he's too busy and Blake is nowhere to be Found!Great Customer Service!!! I truly believe that your treatment at this Dealership is based on your Credit Score. Problem is, I've made every car payment. My report states NO past due Accounts or late payments. Wow!! Lure ya in with false hopes, treat ya like crap!!
