onI thought I was on Candid Camera.
I went in to buy a Subaru from this dealer and was heckled off the site.
The sales rep was very unprofessional and rude.
He actually laughed at me and said that he didnt need to let me have a test drive because the Outback is so hot it sells itself.
I thought for sure I was being pranked until a friend of mine said that she tried to buy a car here but was sent nasty text messages from this dealership when they found out that she bought her car somewhere else.
- Recommend this dealer? No
- Purchased a vehicle from this dealer? No
- Did the dealer honor all commitments made? Not Applicable

I agree with you but I think I know why. It's because the salespeople are pitted against each other.
I liked the salesman I was dealing with (I give him 10 out of 10 stars on honesty and integrity) but he was only able to show me "some" cars because it seems like the dealers across the street, same owner/dealer mind you, were trying to compete.
The sale steam, even though they are all owned by same person, raised prices or said certain cars were unavailable when I wanted to see what cars the entire dealership had. My big mistake was that the cars I wanted from that dealership appeared not to all be under the same sales team's register of cars.
I thought they would be happy that I was ready to buy from that company, today in full!
But it comes to which sales team gets the sale and commission so if you see a certain car (let's say in blue) but they also have a red one at their other building, then they will come across every reason not to sell you that red one if it's not in their "downline". WTF. They lost a sale.
I too thought I was on candid camera.
I got a price out the door but then manager superseded him with higher price right when I was ready to write a check.
