Want Great Service when Buying a BMW? See John Polli!

This is the third BMW we have purchased at Monterey BMW. John has assisted in two of these purchases. He is straight forward, gets his answers correct and puts everything in writing. He was prepared when we arrived, so there was no standing around. He makes it much easier to make decisions and takes the hassle out of buying a car (or in this case X5)... I felt we were treated fairly and love the SUV we purchased.
