Terrible sales customer service

onI'm in search for a 2015 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited for my daughter. The customer service at this Jeep dealership is awful. Please save your time, and money and go to any other Jeep dealer. You will thank me for it. Below is my experience with this terrible dealership.
Today, I called Santa Monica Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. It was 7:30PM and asked until what time they'd be open. The person on the phone said they be open a bit longer. I told them I'd be at the dealership by 8PM.
I arrived at 8PM and a young salesman, Mr. Garrett, met me at the entrance to the showroom. He asked if I was the 8 o'clock person that came to see the Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. I said yes, and we shaked hands.
The salesman then asked me "are you ready to make a deal today?" I answered no. He replied with "if you're not ready to make a deal today, then we are closed. You can come back tomorrow."
To which I replied that I had called and the person that answered the phone said the dealership would be open for when I came in at 8PM.
Before leaving, I asked him if he was the person that had answered the phone. He said no, that someone had left him a voice message saying that I would be coming in. I asked what was that person's name. He said he did not know. What came to my mind was that he was a new person that did not recognize the person's voice, or they are told by the sales manager to lie and say they do not know. Either way, if you want to be treated like dirt, crap, or something lower, then be my guess and go here. But, I'm sure you want to be treated like a person, then go to any other Jeep dealership. It's your money, your time, they are not doing YOU a favor. You are doing them a favor by buying or leasing from them. You can probably get the same or better deals elsewhere by just driving a few more minutes.
