put tack in my tire

onput a tack in my wheel and harassed me claiming that I drove in with it
this is a review for the service department, who employ advisors (Hector) who harass their customers, cause damage to their cars, and has a service manager who doesnt seem to care to do anything.
I went in for a regular maintenance that was included in my service plan. when it was "done" Hector the advisor called me and said there was a tack in my wheel. when I asked how this happened he said I rode in with it and that he saw it. When I told him I took photos of my car before I came in, and why if he saw it he didnt say anything, he proceeded to yell at me, throw things on the desk, swear at me, saying how dare I accuse them of putting a tack on my car. When the car came back to me, there was NO tack on the wheel. He took me back inside to finish my paper work, showed me some blurry photo of my car with some random spots on the wheel claiming it was a tack - and when I went outside, there was magically a tack on my wheel!
when the manager came out, he did not apologize for the treatment, insisted I get new tires. I told him there was no way I'm doing anymore business with them, he gave me my paper work and just walked away.
With this tack in my tire, I did indeed need new tires - and since its a Subaru AWD, I had to get all four replaced, spending about $1k.
I have active cases with the Subaru Corporate, BBB, FTC, and CA Dept of consumer affairs open with this business. The service manager has not responded to my courtesy call.
next steps is probably legal action
DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. THIS IS JUST ONE OF A SEVERAL OTHER STORIES OF POOR SERVICE.
How can an office-use tack, get stuck into the side of my tire? I had photos of my car before driving in with no tack. They claim they have photos / videos, then just actually show it to me.
