onUpon dropping off the car the night before for a 7:15 a.m. appointment the next day, was told they'll try to have it the next day by the end of the day. Just basic routine maintenance. However, since they were 4 technicians down, it might not be ready. Why book service appointments if you know you are back logged & cannot have cars ready in a timely manner? The car wasn't ready until the following day by noon.
The quote i received was close to $200 more than expected, with no necessary/extra services required or recommended.
I was told I would be kept updated on the status of the car but I had to call them late afternoon to find out the car would not be ready.
