Horrible experience!!!

onI purchase my Land Rover Discovery Sport March of this year and before the end of July 4 parts fell off my car, the roof piece that covers some bolts, the side front passenger door bottom panel, the back passenger door curved panel and the front bumper piece that is for towing. As you can see I don't know what they are called but I didn't want to call them thing-a-ma-bobs. Anyway, the first time I went in to see the sales person that sold me the car to tell him the pieces had feel off he told me "parts fall off of cars", but "I can sell you another one if you don't like this one". Really???
When I finally brought the car in for its appointment almost 30 days later, the wrong part was ordered, the auto body shop that was contracted by the dealer was driving my car around like a service vehicle that included 70 miles added to my car, my GPS was turned off after notifying the dealership and finally after waiting 30 days the wrong part was ordered for the roof and no part was ordered for the back passenger door.
I contacted the General Manager by email explaining my experience two weeks ago, still no response. This dealership is garbage!! Go to Newport Beach for better service.
