I've been buying new cars for 35 years. I've never purchased a Chevy though. This is my first. Had it not been for talking with Cheyne Birdsong, I might have gone with Ford. Cheyne is by far the best sales professional I have ever worked with. Cheyne knows the product unbelievably well and his professionalism, integrity, hustle and ability to be so genuine is something I really haven't experienced before. You are lucky to have this guy working for your business. He created such a wonderful buying experience for me. I decided to drive almost 700 miles "one way" just to meet him and buy a vehicle from him. This is a vehicle purchase I will honestly never forget. It's hard to put into words how special this purchase was for me because of Cheyne. This guy works so hard to make the customer truly feel respected and important. I've been a senior real estate manager and managed many people of the last few decades and if I were still in the business, this young man is someone I would very much want on my team. And that's putting it mildly. In a time where there are so many people in customer service that are either too busy or unmotivated to do a good job much less go the extra mile, it is almost shocking when you meet a guy like Cheyne that operates at such a professional level with the kind of respect and "can do" attitude he has. I honestly went to about 5 dealerships locally in southern California and I made the decision to drive 1,400 miles round trip to buy a car from Cheyne. I think that says it all.
