onI moved my office so I went to the local Toyota dealer for service. What a mistake. Let’s just say, I took the car in 3 times to have my cigarette lighter replaced that doesn’t work. Should be an easy part swap. I’ve had the car in 3 times over 4 months, finally pulled my car to have the work done elsewhere. There is no management oversight. No quality control. My parts Sat in the parts department for 2 months before they figured it out. Then we found out it was the wrong part. Again.
This is only one several poor experiences. This os not a quality Toyota dealer. There is clearly no management or ownership oversight.
Not worth the time to type more.
