Fremont Mazda

This review is for the sales team and the General Manager at Fremont Mazda. They were the most unprofessional, rude and unethical sales team in the Bay Area. I would have given them zero stars I could have. We had an online quote for a Mazda CX5 by Yama from Fremont Mazda which was valid till 12/31/2015. We went to the dealership on the 12/30/2015 ready to make the purchase. We were being helped by Art. Art quoted higher than Yama's online price. We showed him the online quote from Yama. They then called in Yama. Yama checked his database and told us that the online price would be honored and I would be taken care by Art. But right after Yama left we were told that the price quote was a mistake on Fremont Mazda's end and they could not honor the price quoted by Yama. We talked to the Fremont Mazda General Manager regarding this issue and he stated that the online quote was a mistake on their end and will not be honored. In addition, he had a rude tone and was cutting off my wife when she was talking. The following were the exact words as used by him when asked why our online quote would not be honored "You cannot put a gun to my head and make me sell the car. What part of mistake don't you understand". Though Yama had a professional approach and mentioned that the price would be honored, the dealership telling me that the price would not be honored just a few minutes later showed complete unprofessionalism and false advertising. They would need to be taught on how to treat their customers and how to respect women.
