Dealership Sales Review

Dishonest

Purchased vehicle from Eric and Johnny and boy did I get taken. First the markup on the vehicle which I didn't know about was over 10k, which no other dealership has in the area. I am pregnant and had my special needs child with me and having a melt down which I should have just walked away, instead trusted them as they promised me they were going to take care of me and got taken advantage of instead. Don't trust them and this was my second vehicle purchased from them and will never buy from them again. I don't want this happening to anyone else. Buy from another dealership except them. I don't need a response back from u guys already told your sales guy and continued to lie, just don't want another person to get taken advantage of.

Call the bank and make sure that your credit application was accurate. Your income your down payment and that there was no fudging to get the loan approved. Because if there's any they will have to buy the car back. That's a lot of markup up and beyond the normal. If that all checks out, you should call the owner fill waterford and have a conversation with him and tell him what happened. Maybe he's not aware. There's a thing called fair profit and there's another thing called taking advantage of people. If you're truly been taking advantage of you, need to let him know how you feel. Good luck! Follow through with these suggestions. I was in the car business for 20 plus years. It's not going to hurt anything. Sometimes owners aren't aware of what's going on behind the scenes and one bad customer that's been taken advantage of is really bad for business especially when you're posting things on the web. So make that phone call to Mr. Waterford and let him know. There's an old saying if someone's happy they may tell a couple people. If someone's unhappy they might tell dozens of people and in this case you were on the internet which is a whole lot bigger of an audience.
