Quick, efficient, competent personal service

onThe Service Department at DiLillo has always been a pleasure for me to deal with. My most recent experience was particularly satisfying. I had called Phillip, my regular service writer (not sure what they're supposed to be called), saying that I needed immediate work on my 2004 Corvette Z06. Unbeknownst to me, Phillip was very sick. He called Steve to have him take care of my needs. I am my wife's near 100% caregiver and this restricts my time flexibility. Phillip knew this and he had advised Steve. When I dropped the car off, as usual, I was taken home. I had a caregiver for that day only but the work needed another day. When work was completed the next day, Steve had my car washed and delivered to me at home as I could not leave my wife home alone. Now that's what I call service! I should say that Phillip has also gone the extra mile for me also. I really appreciate you guys.
