onI bought a 2020 explorer from Lexus of Sacramento the week prior to needing service. I saw on the CARFAX report Folsom ford had worked on the car in March same year. I called to find out exactly what was repaired and spoke with Brigitte. She was able to squeeze me in the following week. I met with Brigitte and received awesome customer service. Definitely will be working with Folsom ford for future service on my explorer
