Bill Crossley the Internet Sales Manager took care of us and did a fantastic job in explaining the ins and outs of how everything worked on my purchase of my 2023 F-150 XLT. Bill is a down to earth people person, and treated us like we were his family. He deserves a 5 Star review!! Tony Castro the Sales Manager did a bang up job, and took care of some minor issues on the truck and went above and beyond to get us the lower APR on our financing!! Way to go Tony!! Tony definitely looks out to address the needs of the customer. He is very customer service driven and deserves 5 Stars as a manager !! Tiffany Martell is very friendly to her customers when it comes to the F&I functions of the deal. So in my opinion: Ron Dupratt Ford gets a 5 Star review from me and my Wife Patricia.
