Deal with Michael Wall! (Sales Mgr.)

onThe sales manager, Michael Wall, saved our business for the dealership. We leased two Ford Fusions in 2014. One from Corning Ford and one from Fairfield Ford. We had decided to keep the Ford we leased from Corning so about a month from the end of the Corning Ford lease my wife started calling the dealership to find out what we needed to do to buy the car. She was told by a couple finance representatives at the Corning dealership that an appointment was not necessary. We showed up on Saturday (12/3/16) and met with one of the finance representatives (Eric, don't remember last name). He made my wife and I uncomfortable about not having an appointment. He also made a comment about when we buy the lease, he has to do all the work but doesn't get anything. After about a half hour, the sales manager came in and asked if anyone had told us about the incentives on a new Fusion. We said no, and he proceed to explain all the positives about leasing the new Ford Fusion Energi. We turned in the old Fusion for a new lease on the 2017 Ford Fusion Energi and it's all because of Michael Wall! It was a pleasure to do business with him and when my lease is up on my Fusion in May 2018, I'll be bringing it to Corning and trading it in on a 2017 Ford F-150.
