Our family just purchased a new Lexus IS with Brittney Crosby, and let me say it was by far the best customer service we have EVER received. We shopped for a vehicle at many other dealerships for about a month. After shopping around and meeting VERY pushy sale representatives we knew that we wanted a Lexus. Most important it was because the way Brittney encouraged us to shop around for the best vehicle, secretly knowing we would be back because Lexus is the best vehicle. We made sure Brittney was our sales representative and keep in contact with her while shopping around. We finally made an appointment with Brittney to by our first car. She made sure we were being taken care of and that we got what we wanted and needed in a vehicles. I would recommend Brittney to anyone, and other sale representative need to take notes from her.
