Motor City Lexus of Bakersfield

I spent a year deciding what Type of car I wanted vs.needed and then researching the many Makes and Models, looking for my perfect car. When I was done, I knew exactly what color and what options on which Lexus I wanted. I chose a large dealership that was guaranteed to have what I was looking for. Then I steeled myself for the worst: The Car Dealer Battle. It was the very reason why I always depended on letting my husband make the car purchases in the past. I had heard the stories about hard-selling, multiple sales-people that you had to talk to, etc. Only it wasn't like that at all. It was like going to a store. A store for cars! "Oh, I love it, do you have it in white?". And then you go to the "check-out" (contract) office, and you're good to go. The people there are very nice. The Sales Rep, Issah, went above and beyond when I discovered that I wasn't as organized as I thought I was and my Auto Insurance information was missing.
