service Rating
rip - off

onAs stated on the invoice the service mechanic found two leaks and quoted me a $800.00 figure to repair. In not only feeling comfortable with the price tag but the correction as stated on the invoice I decided to take the car to a different shop for second opinion.
No leaks were found. The Expansion Valve was found to faulty. Air is working perfectly.
That's all change since my last visit. For starters making the appointment required three separate phone calls. The seconded call I was hung up on, the other two were over 10 min. waiting periods. Secondly asking for a $800.00 figure for repair what your services guys miss diagnosed. In actuality the Schrader Valves were found to be leaking, in essence a $.50 part x 2. Thirdly leaving two voice mails to Mr. Hernandez to discuss the issue as to which he flatly refuse to call back.
