Worst Customer Service, terrible General Manager

I entrusted Winegardner with repairing a leak in my car. It was the sunroof. They hired a contractor to fix it. When I arrived to pick up my car, the carpet was still wet - which is weird, a shop rag was left on the floor - ok, no big deal I guess, and then, my two soaking wet and dirty floor mats were left tossed on my backseat - this is a problem now. My backseat was all wet and dirty now. Customer Care Specialist Sara P. said my car had obviously not been through a quality control inspection, and this was unacceptable. She apologized and sent me home in a rental (they were about to close). The General Manager was supposed to contact me and have my car cleaned and dried. When I returned two days later, my car was good to go, with one exception: my CD player now had an error message on it. The GM, MARK R. would not address this issue with me. He said it's not their fault and there was nothing he could do. I was expected to just leave and oh well. I took my car to an audio establishment to look at it, and they said my car battery must have died while running with keys in the ignition to cause the error. Thankfully they were able to fix for a fee of course. This dealership is the place I bought my car, and you mean to tell me they don't know how to troubleshoot something like this? They just break your car and brush you off? I will not return to Winegardner. Mark R. does not know how to treat his customers, nor does he know how to speak to them. He was down-right rude and dismissive.

Worst car buying experience ever.

Although we have had a good experience with the service department at Winegardner GMC of Prince Frederick, we were shocked at the rudeness of the sales manager while we were attempting to purchase a new $55,000 Enclave. He only offered us $2000 in trade for our 2008 Acadia, which I questioned. This seemed to insult him, so he proceeded to made rude comments to my wife and me at which point I asked him to stop being so antagonistic. Eventually, he called my wife stupid which is when my wife had enough and I almost completely lost my cool. Suffice to say, never buy from these guys. I placed a call to another dealer in the area, and made a deal that was signed the next day. Loving my new Enclave and loving that not one penny went to Winegardner GMC. The sales manager is just a rude, crude individual and I wonder how they sell any cars at all.
