Bait and Switch

onBait and switch. Earnhardt put a tire on with the incorrect side facing out. I noticed it after a tire rotation, so probably 7k on the tire. Service Manager, Karyn, said she would put a new tire on, because I was concerned about the wear pattern once it was flipped. Drove 30 minutes to the dealership just for them to renege on the promise of a new tire. I’ll be using a different Honda dealer in the future.
