Dorsch Ford was the ONLY dealership in Brown County able to help us with creative financing when we traded our 2008 Nissan for the NEW 2013 C-Max Hybrid. Our shopping, Customer Service and attention to detail was only exceeded by the professionalism of the sales person Mike. The Hybrid exceeded our expectations of an economical vehicle. The C-Max even has an EDR (event data recorder) to record all that happened when and if you have a vehicle crash. The vehicle is more impressive than we can talk about here. Not only did they take our 2008 on trade, but they also paid off the meager balance on the vehicle..My recommendation is that you purchase one ..if you can find one ...the savings on your gasoline bill will awe you. We now fill up once a month where before we were filling up every 2 weeks...awesome service, awesome sales person...awesome experience ... DORSCH FORD ... I definately reccommend Dorsch Ford Lincoln Mercury Kia to everyone in Green Bay. My salesman Ryan was exceptionally helpful, respectful, and pleasant. Ryan protrayed excellent customer service skills and made every effort to ensure that my expections were met.
