2020 Mercedes GLC 300 buying Experience

The staff felt very natural. It was also great to see the element of pride they took in Mercedes cars. The showroom was spotless and it was fun seeing some of the real high-end cars that Mercedes makes (e.g. the S class).

The sales staff (Jim Foster), service members (Monica), and support staff (Scott) are friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous. They share the Mercedes quality in their interactions with customers. It made our 2nd purchase of a Mercedes very pleasurable.

Great buying experience

I wasn't pushed to make a decision, you let your cars speak for you and not the salesperson. We had a great and informative salesman, Achaad Abernathy. He answered every question that I had and made my decision making session very pleasant. I have never been to a dealership where they let me make the decision and not pushed me to make a decision that I regret later. I was treated like family. The Manager of the dealership took time and came and introduced himself to me and congradulated me on my purchase. Not once did I feel like someone watching me the whole time I was there. As a matter of fact, I had left my checkbook at home and they sent the salesman to my home to pick up the check and save us a trip to bring the check back. Who does that? They tried to run the credit check and I had a block on the credit and they still allowed me to go through the process. I had cash money to spend on the vehicle but not once was I treated like I didn't belong at this dealership. When we walked in the receptionist asked if I needed a salesman, I said I wanted to look around first and she said OK; this was awesome. Other places would have sent someone over right away breathing down my neck. I've never had such a great and satisfying experience ever. I LOVE MY CAR. I wanted my retirement car for my birthday (I'm retiring in 4 years) and I truly found it. I've received phone calls, emails and text messages asking me how I like the vehicle, thanking and congratulating me on my purchase. I feel like a queen. Mercedes-Benz of Tacoma, I am glad that I am part of the family now. You are the BEST!

Everyone here was so incredibly sweet and helpful. It was the best car shopping experience we ever had. My Mom and Dad gave so many praises about Timothy Willard and the manager that were willing to stay late just to satisify the customer. Even my younger sister who hates car shopping enjoyed the experience with my parents. Give everyone a raise! You guys were wonderful. I wish I got my car here instead of Lexus in Bellevue probably one of my biggest regret. You guys are seriously wonderful, keep up the great work. Thank you for approaching every customer despite their looks. This welcoming sets you guys apart from every other Mercedes dealership in Washington! Thank you guys so much!

First Mercedes - First Class Service

We were driving through your lot before any sales staff was in for the morning and your sales manager came out to greet us, pretty much before you were even open. We chatted for awhile (got a good education) and left to go play our round of golf. We stopped by on the way home and ended up with our first Mercedes. Chris Lee and Troy are amazing and even though the process took a long time, it was at least enjoyable :)
