VERY PROFESSIONAL!

A friend of mine purchased a 2015 GTI, loved it, and then traded it in for a 2016 once they were available. He convinced me to look at one and I just recently picked up my custom Reflective Silver GTI with drivers assistance and lighting packages. Erick and Justin at Pignatero were great to work with and kept me updated constantly with the status of my car. I signed paperwork on Friday and picked up car on Saturday after receiving an introduction to how the car works with Erick, and then a short refresher on Sunday with Justin. So far so good!

Bought a new 2016 GTI S here. They did everything they could to get me into a car I wanted. Great friendly staff and awesome service. Would recommend everyone I know to buy a VW from here.

Rob was quite honestly the best car salesman on the planet. He wasn't pushy and he wasn't rushed he tended to me and helped me out. He wasn't wandering around helping everyone else as well which was great I really appreciate it. Management material!

Bought a 2015 CC R-Line, the showroom model. Loving it! Ron was amazing. He's super friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, passionate, and sincere. Great person. Great salesman. All the folks I met there were friendly and genuine. Buying a new car is a big deal and Pignataro made it easy. Thanks Ron, Kathleen, David, et al!!

I wanted a station wagon so I started with consumer reports. That took me to the VW Jetta TDI (Diesel). I went to the VW web site and used the car builder function to select the options and colors I wanted. That requires a sign up so three dealers responded by email. Justin B. at Pignataro was clearly the easiest of the three to do business with. I went to the dealership to see the car and show them my trade in. Eric D. was the internet manager on duty. I was treated with respect, met Justin (he couldn't stay home on his day off) and made the deal . Kathleen, the finance manager took the information required for the registration and to transfer the title of my trade in. There was no hard sell for expensive extended warranties or undercoating, etc. Like Justin and Eric, Kathleen was friendly and business like. Over my 70 years I have bought and sold quite a number of cars from Chevys to Mercedes. This was by far my very best car buying experience.
