My wife and I bought a Jeep Compass from Dwayne Lanes and we could not be more happy with our vehicle and the service. Our Salesman. Luke, was extremely helpful in making sure we got the best car available. Everyone else at the dealership went out of their way to make sure we had the best experience buying a vehicle. I will go back to Dwayne Lanes to purchase my next vehicle!

I wish I could give a no star rating. All this dealership wants to do is give you the bait and switch. Went to purchase a vehicle, signed all the paperwork and was given the vehicle. Two days later they said the bank said they needed more money or I would have to return the vehicle. Called bank and they said they were not asking for more money that that would have to come from the dealership. Dealership called cops on me today saying I stole there vehicle because I hadn't returned it yet and went in there tried to discuss options with them and all they could say was that the bank is the one asking for more money. The sales manager I talked to several days earlier told me it would be no big deal, as long as I came up with "x" amount of dollars I would get the vehicle no problem, looked me in the eye and shook my hand. Today I try to talk with him and the [non-permissible content removed], decides to hide in his office so he doesn't have to face me. He told me he wouldn't BS me and that's exactly what him and his company did.

I have received 5 calls from this dealer ina month leaving lengthy voice messages about buying a car. I asked them three times to stop calling my phone and asked twice to speak with a supervisor with no luck. Do NOTgive them your information!!! Brandon will not forward you to a supervisor and will continue to call after you ask to be left alone.

Excellent experience with Dwayne Lane in Everett! I found MY DREAM 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee there. I not only found the color I love, but all the features. It was in transit and I went to the dealership as soon as it arrived. The advertised internet price was the best of all of the SUVs that I checked out online. I was contacted by Tom Sneddon after I registered on this website, and he was always in touch to help me find the right choice. I appreciate the patience that he and Tony Keel had to work with my finances. They both were so professional, friendly and polite at all times through the transaction. They did not pressure me into any decisions or uncomfortable situations. Tom made sure that I received my new Jeep very clean and with a full tank of gas. They have a comfortable playroom for children which was so convenient for us. I was with my nephew who is 1 year old, and Tom was also very nice with him! Tom Randall, the Finance Manager was a little bit pushy, and he even seemed to be upset when I declined an option that he offered me, but the positive experiences had much more weight than this one. While I was writing this review, I received a follow up call from Tom to know how everything is going with my new Jeep. I really appreciated that! Thank you Tom Sneddon and Tony Keel for making my SUV buying experience so easy and enjoyable! I would recommend that anyone shopping at Dwayne Lane in Everett ask for Tom Sneddon! LOVE my new Jeep!!!!

The Ability to Make the Sale

Went to check out the new Chrysler 300S as they were the only local dealer to have one at the time, just wanted to check it out and ended up driving it home. The team at Dwayne Lane's made the experience easy and hassle free. They really seem to enjoy what they do and were very kind and attentive. They were able to work through and overcome what we thought would be difficult circumstances with regard to our trade and financing.

I went to Dwayne Lane's a few weeks before I was ready to purchase a new car. Tom's main objective was to get me a car I liked. He was adamant about getting me the color & options I wanted no matter what. I never felt pressured or tricked. He was patient & answered all my questions & emails. My experience start to finish was enjoyable and stress free.

Just purchased a new 2015 Jeep Cherokee from Dwayne Lane's in Everett. The process was so easy from the test drive to the financing. Disgusting Sales Behavior

On July 26th I bought a 2014 EcoDiesel from Dwayne Lane's Dodge in Everett, WA and to be honest it was one the worst experiences of my life...I left with the truck but the treatment I received as a customer over a two day period was so disrespectful and emotionally draining it has left a terrible taste and I don't want anything to do with the truck so I'm selling it at a price below the dealer invoice...The General Sales Manager Mike L. was the worst to deal with... He actually sat down at the desk and said It was time for me to leave and get out...a short time later he stands up from behind his desk and basically orders me out of the store verbally in an agressive and threatening manner in front of sales people and customers nearby! I complained to Chrysler about the verbal abuse ...they said they review all inquires whatever that means. I can't rate Dwayne Lane's Dodge any lower or I would except the system doesn't allow a much lower rating!

My son recommended Dwayne Lane. I told them my price range and type of car I was looking for. Their sales rep showed me 10 cars to choose from. I test drove two of them. The car I chose fit my criteria both in type and final price. All personnel there were very efficient in completing the sales paperwork.

The sales dept. fulfilled their promise of courteous and friendly. They were aggressive but not like a school of hungry sharks. My only complaint was that they didn't shop my loan like some other dealerships might, but I will shop it myself and save myself some money.

JC Ct did excellent. I thought I had called my local dealer on Wednesday and when we found out my mistake. JC gave me a very fair price over the phone; that was good enough to drive 45miles one way to get the Ram 1500. Id like to give my sincere appreciation for how accountable JC was at following up via phone or email to my questions. JC also had the Ram under cover right next to the showroom ready to go. Kenny R. the finance guy was great. I felt like was talking with my buddies at coffee; and the check off list he uses is impressive. Hint: your Costco membership for a discount is amazing! No negotiating and saves time. Bart B and the team at Dwayne Lane's Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram are nice people with a Great price, they did not waste our time, and we were done quickly

My first experience with this dealership was getting my dodge ram serviced and have had it serviced there ever since for approximately 2 years..... In November of 2013 I decided to trade my vehicle in and the first phone call I made was to Dwayne lanes dodge.... I can't believe how easy, absolutely now pressure, how comfortable I felt there when making the deal... Upon signing my documents I was just kidding about putting a bow on my new Durango and sure enough there was one on it when walking out to drive it off the lot for the first time :-). I was so overwhelmed that I actually started to cry..... My overall point is that they are the best dealership I have dealt with in a long time...... Your are the BEST Dwayne lanes of Everett!!!

I am a return customer at Dwayne Lanes. Both car purchases were easy, as car purchases go. My salesman Joey was helpful and put me at ease. Financing was a breeze. Service is fast and friendly. Oil changes on Saturday morning with a free coffee and a big screen TV is great The dealership is always busy and everyone has a smile and a hello to share..

I recently purchased a used vehicle,while driving home an engine problem occured Dwayne lanes stepped up and took the car to there shop and made the repairs and returned the vehicle to me.I was still a little uncomfortable so Dwayne Lanes worked with me and got the car running as it should. I was very impressed with the sales people/department and service people /department. I highly recommend Dwayne Lanes to anyone that is looking for a New or Used Vehicle.You will receive great sales and service.

Found the sales staff to be very friendly and extremely helpful. Told them what I wanted, and what options I was interested in. They broke down all the pricing, explained it in detail. Then explained what was in the package for each of the options. I had shopped around and felt they had the best overall price. When the car arrived I was happy with everything but the Rims on the car. The salesman said he would take care of it. He came back after a few minutes and told me to pick out what I wanted and within 20 to 30 minutes the car was ready to go. If the service is as good as the sales .............Guess I will see.. I highly recommend their sales and financing team.

We tried to buy the same car from our local dealer. They would match Dwayne Lane's advertised price, but wanted to buy our trade-in at a very low price. We contacted Dwayne Lane's (They were the only dealer that had the specific car we wanted. They had agreed to sell it to our local dealer) and we made a deal over the phone subect to seeing each others car. The sale was concluded exactly as discussed on the phone. There was no attempt to change anything. The people were knowledgeable and courteous. We saved $2650.00, over the pice from our local dealer, on a relatively inexpensive car. We recommend Dwyne Lane's to anyone looking for a car.
