Dishonest employees

I had the worst service, they were rude and very disrespectful and dishonest. My bill was changed to reflect a higher amount and when I asked about why my bill was so high I was told they added a bunch of charges that was not valid. When they was caught in a few lies regarding my bill thats when the begin being very rude. The two Burien employees that gave me a hard time was Brandy and Raffale the front desk agent. My concern is that they rip people off all the time and I don’t feel comfortable with them handing my billing or car service as it appeared a fee of them was in on the scam. I did make a report to Dennis the service manager but have not heard anything back from him yet. I’m still waiting on a call back regarding this horrible experience .

My car was returned in worse condition, rather than better condition. The parts on my trunk--the hatchback interior cover--were not even put back properly.

Amazing mediocrity

They had my truck for 12 days to fix the speedometer. They never apologized for the ridiculous turnaround time . It generally took them more than 24 hours to call me back . Their prices were not good .

Another Great Experience at Burien Chevrolet

I had an oil change and wiper blade replacement scheduled. They also happened to find a nail in a tire and repair that at no charge. The whole service was quick and the check-in/check-out process smooth.

While an oil change/servicing is sort of run of the mill, what I LOVE about Burien Chevrolet is being able to leave my car there when I fly from Sea-Tac. Everyone I know hears about that, especially if I know they are considering a car purchase!!

My car was running rough and was just out of warranty. John let me know that he would ask the manager if there was any way to cover it. After checking with GM, the car was covered and I was out of pocket less than $100!! I've already bragged about my experience with friends and they couldn't believe it.

Great experience!

The Chevy dealership was courteous and efficient. They provided a shuttle after I dropped off my vehicle and they picked me up from my residence when it was done. It was a smooth and easy process and I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

AWESOME.. I came in for routine oil change, and a notice I had a crack in my windshield that I haven't got time to get replaced they made arrangements to have it taken care of, because I've been on the road calling on military bases in my region. They went the extra mile to make sure I was pleased. This is why I have bought my last three Chevys trucks from Burien Chevrolet

I'm a long-time customer (our Mazda was serviced there back in the days when you did that sort of thing). The service is always great, the staff is friendly, and my 2011 Chevy HHR (which I bought at Burien Chev) runs GREAT.

Great Service at Burien Cheverolet !!!

The service manager Tim exceeded my expectations with the repair of my 2011 Chevy Camaro. The car was still under warranty and the local dealer would not repair my car, I called Tim and he made all the arrangements for me to bring my car in and the job that was done is fantastic. Thank you Burien Chevrolet, I highly recommend your dealership both sales and service.

2007 Trailblazer Service

2007 Trailblazer in for service, The Service department was accomidating in creating and maintaining the appointment, wait time was minimal. Service persons were very friendly and informative. The only issue I have is that the waiting area is a bit spartan and the furnishings are designed for undertall people, the table & chairs look have come from an elementary school. might be ok for a younger person but those of us woth health issues ( back,knees,etc) have difficulty getting into and out of these chairs. Thank you for the Coffee & Water. A service person turned on the television but she walked away and did not make sure it was running properly, all that appeared was electronic snow. My SUV was service quickly and washed and cleaned and I appreciate that, the price was reasonable. All in all the experience was good.

Very shady dealership

I bought a 2008 Chevy Silverado 3500HD a few months ago from this dealer and had the worst possible experience in my life from any dealer. I caught the salesman lying on numerous occasions and promised me things and never followed through on anything. I had a liner sprayed in the back and a box installed after I had bought the truck, so I dropped it off for the work to be done and the next day I got a call from them saying that my truck was in an accident and needed some body work done.. They handled it very poorly and even accuse me of asking for a hand out when I asked them for a truck as a loaner! I had the simonize coating sprayed on before they crashed my truck and asked them to at least re spray the left rear panel that had to be fixed and repainted. They wouldn't even return my call.... They got their $50,000 for the truck right? So what do they care now? So I pretty much bought a new truck that already had major body work done on it. Overall I think Burien Chevrolet is the worst dealer in the state and the people there are... Well, I shouldn't say. I will for sure never go back there and make sure I tell all my friends to never buy a truck from them.
