onI had a great experience at this dealership when I went in to buy a BMW X5. My salesman, Nick Sukhov, was very pleasant, helpful, and answered all of my questions. Negotiations went smoothly on both the price of the car and my trade in, and everyone I dealt with was top notch. As a woman, I have always dreaded buying a new car, and a majority of the time I have felt marginalized and unhappy with the process. This was a refreshing change. Whether I made the best deal, or not, I felt like I had, and that is the most important part! I drove away in my new car feeling very happy and carefree :-)

onI really like my new X1. However, the car had to be returned to the dealership the day after we received it. It had multiple error messages and several features that did not function properly. It took 5 hour to rectify all of the issues.

Be prepared, if you're not don't go

onI went their to buy a used car. Salesman was nice, but talked a lot about himself and his needs and was a little pre-occupied. I didn't feel like I was important or that my sale really mattered other than to get him closer to what he needed to make to pay his bills. He did make sure that the vehicle was nice and ready for me to drive back. In the process the fuel door was broken, so I had to buy a new one to replace it and of course it doesn't match the car color. They did offer to pay for the fuel door. I doubt I will get an offer to paint it to match. My biggest complaint was that I waited over 30 minutes and no one from the management or finance team talked to me. When they did it was to tell me I couldn't have the car until I produced insurance for that car itself, despite the fact that the purchase was for a business and I had proof of my commercial insurance. I was lucky that I have a really good broker who had to pull over on the side of the road to take care of me. While I understand this is their policy, what would have happened if I couldn't get the car insured that day due to my carrier being on the East Coast? I'd sent my ride home and didn't have another way to get back. They refused point blank to do it any other way. Not the mention the fact that they knew I came from about 2 hours away for the car. AutoNation policy or not, people ought to be informed before they make a purchase there of what is expected. Having bought a lot of vehicles for my business, this is the first time I've run into it. Sorry BMW of Bellevue I won't be back.

2014 Jeep Rubicon

onMy salesperson Anthony was easy to deal with friendly not pushy which is what I like in a salesman. Have a couple issues that showed up immediately after getting the vehicle home working on resolving that locally since the dealership I bought the Jeep from is 150 mi away.

Recent purchase of CPO BMW 330xi

onI recently purchased a BMW 330xi which was a recent addition to their inventory so the carfax was not updated since they were working on the vehicle. Before purchasing I was told that breaks were changed for all 4 wheels but updated carfax says only front breaks were changed once I purchased it. I'm not sure if carfax info is missing or I was informed incorrectly. Also, I am still waiting for them to fix my bumper (some big scratch on one side) which they promised me they will get it fixed after a couple of weeks of purchase. Nothing scheduled yet and no info on when it would be scheduled. Reached out a couple of times, but nothing concrete yet. Purchasing process was smooth and car is good.

Both of them were amazing and very patient in answering our questions. Andrew was very customer focussed and pulled data on the user car to answer my questions/concerns. He was very knowledgeable on BMW cars, parts, and accessories. His opinions helped me a lot in my buying decision. I felt that his opinions were not biased, more neutral, and provided a thorough idea of what I was getting into. Both Moe and Andrew helped us till 10PM even after the dealership was closed to complete the transaction. Christmas Surprise

onA huge shout out to Bellevue BMW for the win at Christmas. Darrin Giefer made my pre-Christmas purchase of a 2024 X3 the most enjoyable car buying experience I have ever encountered. Darrin went above and beyond by supplying a huge red bow to top off the Christmas surprise for my wife. I give the man a ten out of ten for his performance. His follow up rates top marks as well. Highly recommend Darrin and Bellevue BMW to the extent that my wife's bestie came up from Longview a couple of days after Christmas and purchased a 2023 X5. My only concern was the time it took at F & I to wrap up the deal. I think there was a long line waiting to finalize their deals so that was unavoidable.

Incompetent sales person

onThe sales person we were assigned promised us that the certified used vehicle had features that it actually did not have, promised that it had service done that had actually not happened. The vehicle ended up needing a fair bit of service (sensor malfunctions on the ride home). The sales rep ignored us while we waited for paper work and felt their time was better spend browsing the web than interacting with us. I would give the sales person zero stars but the sales manager came through for us.

Great Experience finding the perfect SUV

onWe purchased a 2018 BMW X3 recently at BMW of Bellevue. We'd initially purchased a 2019 model with about 52K miles. But the very next day we luckily found a 2018 X3 with exact same Body color and Interiors at the same price range. Cherry on top this one had many more advanced features like Head-up Display, Sunroof, Handsfree tailgate, Bigger 21" rims to name a few. We got the Convenience + Premium package . Vlad the salesman was super supportive all through the prolcess and the Managers made the switch very smooth. Highly recommend Vlad and BMW of Bellevue !! THANKS !

Horrible Communication & Financing

onBMW has horrible communication, they will not stand by their contracts and come back to you wanting to change your contract after multiple weeks, they try to scam you in anyway possible that they can. I am very dissatisfied with the service provided from BMW of Bellevue especially with Courtney Quinn who will not accept her mistakes and correct them on her own without having to affect the consumer. Very bad service.

onAfter making a 20% deposit for the purchase of a car, I did not get a single document, other than a copy of my own check through my bank. This on the basis that I could not register the car since coming from out of State. True, because I had no even proof of address by then. So, I had to trust them in all aspects: final price, interest rate, etc. I sent emails to some managers and got not response. Was I too anxious without need? I do not think so: they could have been more formal.
