Unacceptable

When we went to pick up our car that this dealership had for over a month, we found cigarette butts and and gum wrappers in the vehicle. This is not cool!

Did me a favor!

So I own a hybrid and there was a malfunction with the battery and my car lit up like a christmas tree. I took my car in on July 24th to have it looked at, it was told that there were 2-3 cars ahead of me. I called on Monday July 29th and was told again there were 2-3 cars ahead of me, ok not sure what is going on but what could I do. I called on Wednesday July 31th and again was told the same thing, this is just unexceptionable, all I wanted them to do is look at the car and then we could figure out what to do. Not sure how this Dealership is still in business or making any money. On Wednesday July 31st we went and got the keys and took the POS to Honda and traded it in. So I guess I should be thankful that I am in a better car now, but it should not have happened like this. I am also letting KIA Corporate know how this Dealership is being operated and they have lost a KIA customer and word of mouth/internet is a great tool to share my experience.

Great Service

The service department worked me in for service on a busy Saturday morning, the mechanics were willing to put my tires on after a full schedule in todays time where customer service is talked about but rarely put into practice thanks for the great service at Parson. H.J.

Another Satisfied Customer

My windshield (front and rear) stopped working on my 2005 Kia Sportage. My brother was trying to determine if it was the pump, the fuse or the switch. After several calls with Shirley in service and her consulting with a technician to try and help over the phone I decided to stop in on a Saturday, where she and a tech. went over and beyond going through my owners manual and physically looking to see if it was "just" a fuse, to no avail. My brother finally ran his own test on the pump and decided it was fine, it had to be the switch. I came back to Parsons to have them order a switch and to schedule to have them replace it. Debbie Racey STRONGLY recommended I bring it in and they run a test before she ordered a switch that would have cost me $90 to be sure that my brother was right. Well long story short, my brother was wrong, it was the pump, which was in stock and in 1-1/2 hrs, I was on my way. I honestly can't say enough about the extraordinary way I was treated at Parsons. I watched another woman (service writer) come out and explain things to her customers equally as thorough as Debbie did me. In addition, amidst some remodeling in the showroom, the customer waiting area was clean... offered fruit, cookies, water and soda to it's customers and I got a coupon for a free car wash to boot!!! Kudos to Parsons Kia, I bought my Sportage from them, which has been an incredible vehicle for me. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another Kia and when I do, it will most definitely be from Parsons. First Service Experience

I requested an early a.m. appointment -- arrived at the appropriate time and Parsons personnel were there ready to do the service. Your office check-out personnel took time to explain about tire rotation and recommended the appropriate mileage for future oil changes. I appreciate the info as each dealership (vehicle) has different requirements.
