The guys were wonderful. I got there they greeted me right away and even installed the wipers for me. I was in and out in about 15 minutes. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

So far my experiences with Heritage GMC, from my purchase to my first service call, has been terrific. The sales people, staff, and management are very responsive and friendly. Great experience at Heritage GMC

I was in Rockwall for a doctor's appointment that ran really short. I stopped in at Heritage to make an appointment for an oil change and to have someone look at a tire that looked strange to me (I'm a widow and depend on ya'll to keep me safe). To my surprise, the gentlemen said they could work me in in about 10 minutes. I went down the street to grab a hamburger to go and returned to the dealership for the service. I had my lunch there watching the news in the waiting room and had the work done. They were courteous, efficient and they listened to my problems. Great experience.
