No sales rep!

Visited this dealership twice. Walked through showroom and got into two vehicles. Walked around several vehicles and gave sales reps plenty of time to greet me.Was not greeted either time. Walked past several sales reps who were chatting with one another. They did not ask me if I needed help. I am a buying customer very soon but never from this dealership.

Our sales reps and finance manager were helpful and nice. I've been a part of purchasing at least 10 vehicles, and this is the first time I actually enjoyed the experience.

Quentin Derossett was my salesman. He did great except I feel the dealership could have given me a better apraisal on My trade in. They offered 5,000 less than what they are asking for it now.I feel they could've compromised a little better than what they did!!

Mario Retta and Nancy Dickerson are the absolute jewels of Heritage GMC! Their combined professionalism, knowledge, experience, and friendliness are beyond compare and we can honestly say that purchasing our vehicle could not have been a better experience! Prior to 12.06.14 we had never heard of Heritage GMC but it is definitely a dealership that all others should aspire to replicate!

The Four Hour Deal

I initially made contact on line. Mario R. contacted me about my inquiry and an appointment time was set up. I met Mario, drove the new GMC 1500 Sierra that I had inquired about, let Heritage drive my trade in, I accepted their offer and I drove the new red 1500 Sierra home. I does not get any easier than that.

Bought a 2008 GMC Acadia from this dealer and was very impressed the high level of customer service I received from their Internet Manager Quentin DeRossett. He went above and beyond sending me lots of pictures and information in regards to this vehicle. I live out of state however, that played no part in this transaction, it was seamless!! I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is still interested in "Real Cusotmer Service" which we all know is hard to find in todays world!!
