onThis was the best car buying experience that I have had in 30 years. Hung was terrific. The deal was negotiated on line. Had a 12:30 appointment to sign and pick-up the car and was out of the dealership in less than 2 hours! Staff was friendly and respectful and delivered what they promised! I highly recommend contacting Hung!

onMichael Deal, Mike Jarboe & Mike Gardiner went the extra mile in making sure my purchase experience was great -- they honored my true price quote even when they had to order the vehicle to get me exactly what I wanted. They thought outside the box and were able to customize an order already in place to make sure all the options on my wish list were included and speed up the delivery waiting period. The follow-up to make sure I am satisfied has shown a level of commitment not often seen. Kudos to all!!

onThe price we discussed on the phone was the price we were given at the dealership The sales staff understood our needs and were not pushy or intimidating. This was one of the 2 best car buying experiences I have had. The other one was at their Ford dealership.

onI had a terrible experience at Jeff Hass Mazda, so the difference in treatment at Joe Meyers was a breath of fresh air. No pressure. No games. Staff was easy to work with and I felt secure that I got a great deal. Nathan in finance was terrific. He knew what we needed and helped us expedite the process so we got out quickly with exactly what we wanted. No surprises! All the staff was very friendly and helpful. And best of all, I love my Mazda 3!

Fair and Reasonable

onNick Naf, the salesman who sold us our car was upfront with us from the beginning, a rare quality in people today. Nathan the finance guy explained things to us concerning warranties available. The price quoted over the phone was the price paid at the dealership. The service was truly outstanding. Nick dealt with my wife and daughter as a professional answering all their questions and making sure they got acquainted with the vehicle before we left the lot. Unbeknownst to him how he treated them was instrumental in closing the desl. Kudos to him for being a professional.

Buying a new car get me worse at Joe Myers

onIs there anybody bought a Kia Sportage LX 2013 worth more than $30,000 like I'd ever done from Joe Myers Mazda/Kia? Yes, I was stupidly bought that car from that dealer. They was cheated me in brazen and now that forced me have to work more harder to pay bills for 6 years. As I was a new experience buyer stepped in and made a deal with them for the Kia Sportage LX 2013 at the price out of $24,000 (Actually the value of that car didn't worth that much, Right?). That's OK I accepted to buy it at $24,000. And then you know what? In the financing process they put the big trap on me by pulling up the car value up to $30,000. The loan officer over there he seemed try forcing to me buy the optional instead of I refused to buy any of those optional programs (Skylink, Gap, etc.); finally, those stuffs still appeared in the contract as him expected. Oh my God, I put $5,000 down payment + $ 24,700 bank financed + the interest fee $100+ per month for 72 months (My credit score at that time was 732). So total value of my car would be more than $35,000 if I pay $400 a month. What a gouging price! I'm so regret after bought a car. And this is a big lesson for me. I say goodbye forever to Joe Myers dealer.

onI had Jason T. as my salesman also...not recommended...did not offer to let me test drive...I never did get to test drive...and then told me I was going to pay one price and then I payed another...also the finance guy added on $1,000 something for a warranty I never agreed to pay...these guys are [non-permissible content removed]...go somewhere else!

Jason was really helpful when I was filling out the application and he is very knowledgeable about their inventory and the information regarding the vehicles. No spare or Jack

onSales experience was good. But they did not tell me that the car does not come with a spare tire and jack. Potential customers need to know this going in. This situation made a good experience turn bad. Supposedly they will furnish, but will know later today if they did.

Very Poor Trade In Offer

onDeal was going along very well until they came back with the trade in offer on my SUV. They were offering about 30% of KBB and $5000 less than Carmax (yes Carmax offer in hand). The trade in offer was insulting and killed the deal. According to the sales rep they didn't want my SUV on the lot. Helloooo Carmax.

Long time after deal

onI knew what I wanted going into the deal. I also was prepared for the tricks and the switches I would encounter. I only went to this dealer because they had a vehicle I wanted in stock. Ultimately, I was in quick need of a vehicle and didn't argue the price much. Went in knowing a price to spend and came out below that. Overall, it wasn't too bad of a buying experience. However, the wait from the time the deal was made to get me into the business office to pay for the vehicle took over 2 HOURS! I was paying cash and sat there and waited to the point where I had to go find the sales person to ask how long it was going to take. I made the deal on a Thursday, went to pick the vehicle up the next day and showed up at 5pm, didn't leave until almost 9pm. There were a few times I almost walked out on the deal. Expect a wait. The people were nice. Taking the vehicle in tomorrow for a "We Owe" install on the vehicle. Will review the service department afterwards.
