We went in, negotiated a somewhat fair price with Miguel, but upon testing the vehicle we found that it was not all that what was promised. Also they initially tried to push some bogus services we did not want. They're professional enough, but I would be wary.

Grand Larceny in the Finance Office

***Posting on multiple sites to reach as many buyers as possible*** The sales staff was helpful and the price very reasonable. That portion of the process went exactly as you'd expect; Chris was great. The issues started in the finance office where a monthly payment was established with a warranty, but a $200 error on their part in regards to taxes led to a new substantially higher payment per month. Mike attempted to explain that away as "being amortized over the term," and had the nerve to tell me to "not speak to him that way" while attempting to explain multiple times that the taxes couldn't possibly be the only change made to result in such a high increase. After further insistence, it was revealed that not only had he increased the finance amount by $200 but he also more than tripled the interest rate and attempted to casually pass that off with the tax change only. By applying some "coupons" and selecting "the only lender offering that rate" the rate suddenly dropped back to what it was before the tax change. I've never seen someone so callously attempt to swindle a customer or a deal turn sour more quickly than this evening. As for the title of the review, this "error" over the life of the loan would have cost enough to qualify for felony grand theft had it not been caught. After all this, we walked away with a great car at a great price at the reasonable finance rate we were originally offered; we'll just go elsewhere for any future needs. 2 stars.

I was in the market for my daughters "college car" and the team at Humble Hyundai were amazing. From the sales guys, Gavin and Jason to the Sales Manager, Tim, to the end stop with the Finance manager, Ray. These gentleman made my daughter feel special and even educated her like Daddy's would as a first time car buyer. (I co-signed for her to start establishing credit as a "Big girl" ) They were all loving and so sweet with her. Thanks to the whole team! Robin

TERRIBLE FOLLOW-UP

Great car; terrible dealership. I live in Los Angeles and arranged to buy a car from them and pick it up at their dealership. The buying process was smooth and easy. However, once I picked up the car, they are the worst company I've ever dealt with. I've had the car over a month and I still don't have the title, registration nor license plates. They're rude, don't return phone calls nor e-mails. Bottom line, is they only know how to sell cars, but not how to take care of a customer's needs and frustrations.

A purchase I'll never forget

My daughter brought me to Humble Hyundai to purchase a vehicle. I was somewhat apprehensive at first. I met a Mr. Charles Dillahunty and the purchase began. He first introduced me to several members of the sells team and I became quite comfortable. Some years back I sold new vehicles at Kingwood Dodge so I thought it was going to be a long and boring day. To my surprise, Mr. Dillahunty began speaking and really enjoyed his conversation. He was very knowledgeable in the vehicle I was interested in buying. He showed me everything from the front to the rear and all areas in between. By the time I left the dealership, I felt I knew enough to get back into sales myself. My daughter has bought a couple of Hyundai in the past and she too was excited to see and hear of all the options that are on these vehicle. She told me that when the time came to purchase her next vehicle, she knew where she was going. Our overall experience was pleasant and fun. Mainly due to our sales person. We connected and the sale was finalized. I would recommend not only the dealership but Mr. Dillahunty to make the sale.
