Amazing service from beggining to end

Most seamless car transaction from the moment I walked in, to the moment I left with my car. The manager, sales agent, and finance agent were all so helpful and kind that even though this dealership is an hour away from my house, I will still come to them for my next car.

autonation service offers some of the worst customer service i have ever encountered. both at bmw of north houston and bwm of the woodlands. they are 100% not incented to drive customer satisfaction. love my bwm but not the autonation service. Sewell is where it is at if you want to be treated like a valued customer.

The job you did in 2022 wasn't done correct therefore it caused another problem & that problem is still not fixed right. It's back there now for a 3rd time. Turnaround time is entirely too long. I believe my car is just being held there & I'm paying for work that's not even being done. My service Lady is super nice & a wonderful person. But your service wise. Not hardly.

Great Service Experience

Good, honest mechanic and service advisor. I was in quickly, the price was reasonable using a coupon from their website. The waiting area is really nice and comfy. Definitely the one of the best auto shops I've ever been to. Special thanks to my service advisor, Deryck Hayta Singh, he was really good.

We purchased a previously leased X1 with approximately 31,000 miles late April, 2023. It was BMW Certified on 3/31/2023 (3 weeks prior to our purchase). About 5 weeks after our purchase, the dashboard alarm started saying we needed to replace the rear brakes. We waited a couple weeks before calling the dealership to schedule an appointment to understand the problem. It was a 2 month wait to get into the service department. In the meantime, I asked for the service report on the car prior to our purchase. The report was conducted March 31st, (3 weeks prior to our purchase), and showed the rear brakes were then at the minimum! You knew a brake job was necessary. Very disappointed in it taking 2 months to schedule a service appointment, and that we had to pay for a brake job that you knew was imminent.

BMW North Service Department

I want to express my sincere disappointment with my recent experience at the BMW North service department. My trust and confidence in the integrity of their employees have been significantly shaken. Six weeks ago, I scheduled an appointment for a service light indicating an issue with the passenger seat airbags in my 2022 x4. While I understand that loaner car availability can be limited, it was frustrating to wait for six weeks before getting an appointment. Upon receiving a loaner car (i330) that wasn't suitable for my needs due to discomfort, I called to express my concerns. However, my interaction with the service advisor, Adrian, left me deeply disappointed. His unprofessional approach, particularly addressing me during work hours and accusing me of causing damage to the car's seat, was not only offensive but baseless. Adrian claimed there was a $7,000 repair cost due to a spill on the seat, but the spill was minor and happened outside the central area of the seat. I had recently had a thorough detailing of my car in anticipation of the service appointment, making his claim questionable. Despite attempting to contact the service manager, James, for assistance, I received no response from him, leaving me to deal with Adrian's unprofessionalism on my own. Consequently, I reached out to BMW corporate customer relations. Sadly, the response I received from them was also disheartening, as they seemed to favor the service department's perspective without proper investigation. Upon contacting the GM at the location, I received no resolution to my concerns, even though it was evident that the damage was minimal and confined to the knee rest of the seat. The GM's decision to side with Adrian further exacerbated my dissatisfaction. When I picked up my car, it was not in the best condition. It was not washed, and I had to address issues regarding the fuel level. Adrian insisted that the car was returned on empty, but I have evidence to the contrary through video and photos taken upon my drop-off. I hope that my feedback helps improve the service department's operations at BMW North. The overall experience was far from the standard of quality I expect from a reputable brand like BMW. As always, the folks at BMW North are amazing. I messed up on my appointment, showed up anyway to get it straight and they worked us in to make sure we were covered and our car was serviced and taken care of. I know this adds to their workload and adds added stress to their day but they were as professional and helpful as always. The sales and service are the reason we came from a different BMW dealership and have found a new home.

Oil change & Brake Fluid Services

Not satisfactory. I was quoted $200 for the Oil Change & Brake Fluid Services for BMW X3 sDrivei30, in spite of their Website having posted a coupon of $109 for the Synthetic oil change. Our 3 year /30,000 miles warranty had just expired on August 12,2023 and they did not want to honor any help or adjustment when we went these services on Aug 30, 2023. We even informed them that we had genuine reasons for not being able to come in for these services prior to Aug 12 due to having undergone surgery on my back. For being BMW, it was a very poor treatment. I had to show and email the coupon for oil change from their own website to the Service representative in order to get a discount, which was not fair.
