1st timers!

Mark was our advisor and everything was great. Timely text messages detailing what was needed; great communication as parts had to be ordered and car was left overnight. Only thing I would say is the technician told us battery was old, but charge was ok. Well, next morning, yep, dead battery; maybe they should have recommended replacement due to age? New parts required an alignment afterward, but since service advisor did not tell us of this at quote for parts, we were not charged. That will keep me coming back!

An engine warning light revealed there was a problem with one of the fuel injectors. The part had to be ordered but my service rep kept me informed on the status, and once it arrived it was replaced quickly.

Oil change

My warranty has expired but I still get my oil change at Auto Nation Honda in Corpus Christi because they do a thorough inspection of my vehicle each time and give me a report of the inspection. I even get a car wash each time.

Thiis Honda dealer has been doing the service on all the vehicles I have owned even the one that was not a Honda. I very happy with Jill Andrade service advisor. She always has a smile when she meets me driving into the check in area. She always explains everything in full detail about my car and the repairs or maintenance it needs. For many years I would not trust any service at any dealership. Going to Honda south in Corpus Christi I no longer stress about the service and trust that my car will be fixed right and I drive with a piece of mind that I can depend on it being safe.

Oil Change

I brought my 2022 Honda Accord Sport edition in for maintenance of an oil change. I bought my car October of 2022 with 7 miles on it. It has 1100 on it now. I don't drive a lot. Brought it in because the car said it needed an oil change. I arrived early and stood in the service center several minutes with no one talking to me. After several minutes a man checked me in and was very nice. I waited for my car to be serviced. At 1220 I went to the restroom and when I came out my car was in the service done area. I asked the man and he motioned to another man. I went and sat back down. I waited 30 minutes for them to finally release my car. I paid nothing because I have 5 free oil changes purchased when I bought the car.

Jill was beyond expectations and I’m so happy with the service they provided. Part wasn’t able or handy to fix my car but they did it in a couples of days after in about two hours. And of course regular maintenance was done first day with no time or even an appointment
