Don Davis CDJR sold me a vehicle and failed to disclose that it had an accident with airbag deployment. They showed me a shoddy vehicle history report that did not have this on there. I later found out about the accident through an actual Carfax report. I asked what could be done to make this right, and they didn't even try. Not so much as an apology. I ended up buying a new Jeep at another dealership in Arlington, and they did more to earn my business than Don Davis did. The pre-owned department is selling auction vehicles with sketchy histories, no different than a shady used car dealer. I hope this helps the next person to not get the raw deal that I did. I'm still in disbelief that a business could do this to a customer, so much so that I've notified Fiat-Chrysler and the BBB which I normally wouldn't do, but this goes beyond anything I've seen a business do to a customer. Do yourself a favor, go elsewhere. ****Update: I did receive a message from Eric Timani, General Manager at Don Davis. He did verify that I was NOT shown a Carfax on the truck since it would have shown me the airbag deployment accident. I was instead given an AutoCheck report that was not as detailed about the truck's history.****

Very Bad experience. Purchased a used Dodge Ram 1500 May 2016. Paid $7,500 cash for the truck. Within a month I had to pay$1,300 for the end suspension to be fixed because of the Death wobble effect. Now in November 2016 the Truck has a blown engine. This dealership just wants your money. They do not care about you, they will sell you junk vehicles. Buyers Beware. I called once to speak to the service manager who was very rude, I told him about the situation and his only advice was for me to take it in to have it looked at but it would cost me $200. You got to be kidding me! Stay away from this place. Positive reviews on here are most likely fake because they are all female reviews.

We bought a used 2015 Charger RT with 7500 miles. Car is white. It was a cloudy day. I asked the salesman "Cody" Any dents? He said "Not to my knowledge". Got up on day 2 and the car is covered in pea size hail dents on most panels. They took it back and rubbed some out but, made a lot worse by puckering the metal outwards. Front valiance was also caved in (found this later). They replaced the missing part on the valiance with 6 different fasteners vs. replacing the whole unit correctly. Looks terrible. I bought the new part online for $170.00 and installed myself as they would not replace properly. Cody at Don Davis said I could drop the car off again to have the dents accessed "again". No. They make the process hard and make you feel bad for asking and then do poor work. I will trade out of this car soon and will likely never return to Don Davis. It was all about the sale, not the customer. What a shame. I was a repeat customer. Buyer beware.

I have had the BEST experience purchasing a vehicle ever with Don Davis of Arlington. Theo and Abraham are very concerned and attentive to the customer needs. I purchased a Longhorn Ram truck with no hassle and was done/out of the dealership in less than 1 1/2 hours. I did have a major problem after I purchase the truck. The truck that I first purchased had a 6.4 foot bed (this was not identified on the invoice) which would not fit in my garage. I called Abraham the next morning to see if he could help. He went to extreme levels to get me a new truck that match the one I purchased but with a 5.7 foot bed. I wanted a very specific truck and it was very hard for Abraham to find it. It took about 3 weeks to find but he found one. He told me my satisfaction was the only thing that mattered! He really came through and now I have the correct truck! Theo had to drive to Houston to pick this truck up. I never heard any negative comments or complaints from these guys. They never said that will cost you or we cannot do that! They just made things happen to make me happy! Special shout out to Theo, he is a very courteous, no pressure salesman and very good at showing how all the different functions of how the truck works (Longhorn has a lot of buttons). I will recommend these guys to anyone purchasing a new vehicle. I will be a life time customer with Don Davis Auto Group! FYI….. I have purchased a lot of new vehicles in the past 30 years. I have had many bad experiences with different Dealerships. The only reviews I ever write are usually because I am mad or had a bad experience. But Don Davis Group, Abraham and Theo are that good!
