Friendly staff from the moment I’d walked into the dealership. From my salesperson whom I appreciate and will always purchase vehicles from Springfield Hyundai as long as he’s employed there, to the finance manager, the sales management staff and all the other employees. A very clean and well lit showroom with premium vehicles on display.

TERRIBLE

Poor communication. Bad customer service. A waste of time and energy. I bought a car here, a Sonata Eco. My wife drive it and she noticed Holes in the back of the steering wheel. We tried to contact the sales person ( Joe D'ambrosio) by email but he did not reply then we called him after a week.( after a second email that he did not reply either). He told me that Hyundai Springfield is going to fix this and it would take one day at the most. A simple fix. We had an appointment for the 22 August. At the appointment the manager ( Bob Keller) told us that it is perfectly normal to have rough holes ( they are litterally scrapping the fingers when turning making the driving experience not great) all the sonatas have that and there is no way they are going to do something. He mentioned that if we are not happy we have to contact the brand. ( What a hassle after just three weeks purchasing the car). They did not take care of us at all I mean they litteraly made us waste our time . I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP

GM. I emailed and texted Ms. Cheryl Hinton about the swap program. She have a few options ready. Wish your over all people communicated through Dept's. And the numbers where complete at first look. Bumper to bumper use to include those extras. My overall experience was awesome. I am now driving my new sonata and Pray it will be a continued awesome experience.
