New tire

Brought my car in cause of a flat tire, I have tire insurance., was told on Monday that a new tire would arrive Tuesday and the car will be ready on Tuesday. I called in the morning and nobody could tell me the status, also that the service rep on my account was not in . I called back 3 hours later no answer except that are waiting for the tire to arrive. I called back , btw - nobody was calling me, and they said we can’t find the tire (this was around 3:30) again no call from Reedman. I called Wednesday morning was was told that the service rep was not in , will check on the status of the car, I finally received a reedman call at 11am that car was ready for pick up . When I picked up the car they told me the tire arrived Tuesday. Why wasn’t it completed on Tuesday? Why did the stories change?

Fixed me right up!

I noticed my car drifting and not driving as smooth as normal. I walked in for service. Within 1 hour it was diagnosed and determined that I needed new tires and a wheel alignment. They ordered my tires and the next day I brought it back in for repair. It took about 2 hours and I was on my way. I was upset that I had to spend so much money but the quality of service of worth it. I feel much better not about driving my car safely.

jeep inspection

arrived at Reedman toll around 9am met with our service advisor Jordan she got all our paperwork together and got us settled in waiting room held door open so I could get my wife's wheelchair into building Jordan expedited our service session and got us done in a timely manner she even made sure our jeep was parked near the service entrance so there would be no problem in getting wheelchair by the car door to allow my wife to get in with no problem I can't say enough a out Jordan going beyond her job to assist us

You suck!!

The most unprofessional, inconvenient, rip off of all time! I have heard horror stories of this place and they proven to be the worst service group EVER!!! IF I HAD THE CHOICE OF GOING TO THEM AGAIN OR WALKING BARE FOOT ON HOT COALS TO MY DESTINATION... ID HAVE HOT FEET!!!

Jeep Service

I brought my 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee in to Reedman for service due to my check engine light being on. The staff in the service department (Peggy Scenna and the service supervisor Mr Roberts) were quick to greet and help me and get me checked in for service. The service was excellent, my vehicle was taken care of, and Peggy set me up for a smooth rental process while my vehicle was being serviced.

Horrible services all around

So I dropped my car the day before my scheduled appointment early at 4pm. Then the day of the appointment I didn't hear anything so I called at 4pm to check the status of my vehicle and said it wasn't looked at. I asked why wasn't I contact and he didn't really have an answer. The next day I had to call 3 seperate occasion and all three time they couldn't give me a definite answer. So In total my car was at the facility for 42 hrs. That is uncalled for

took my jeep in for a tire light that came on, when i got their the light was off they check but couldnt find anything wrong. it happen again the next day. took it back in an they had to set me up for an appoint for 8 days later to check out why the light is on==

Peggy was frankly rude. She made comments about the service required and when I told her it was probably inappropriate, she denied making the comments. I was going to let the matter drop, but she approached her supervisor and said that I was commenting about about the bill and she denied again what she did. She then indicated to her supervisor that I lied about the entire situation.

STAY AWAY

Terrible service. The worst experience I have ever had at a shop. I had an 8:00 AM appointment for an inspection and check on some service lights on Monday and my new used car was not even looked at until Tuesday morning at which time I was told it would be all done by 4:00 PM. At 4:30 I was called to say my car needed brakes to pass inspection and the emissions was good. However, they didn't have brakes for a Wrangler in stock (how does a Jeep dealership not have brake pads in stock for a Wrangler) and would not get them until today, Wednesday. I call them at 11:00 AM today to find out the status of my car and they tell me its almost done and I can come over. I again reiterate that all it needed was brakes and a speed sensory to pass inspection. They responded yes. I was excited as I bought the car in New Jersey where it had failed inspection and had a red fail sticker on the front windshield. You guessed it, when I arrived at 3:00 today the car was in the parking lot with no inspection sticker and the red NJ failed sticker still on it. After immediately starting in on them the service writer tell me they were just "preparing the car for inspection", and "I had not approved the $54 for the inspection" (lie) I responded how moronic that sounded given the fact I approved over $700 in other repairs. What shop lets a car with temporary tags and 10 days to get an inspection done leave without the inspection and a big red fail sticker still on the windshield. So now we are going into day 4 and I still don't have my car. They could have rebuilt the engine by now. Poor communication, incompetence, and absolute lies. Stay away!

Dishonest service

Brought my car in for inspection and a brake issue. Was quoted $1700 for repairs, but a quick google search revealed the fair price sum to be about $700. Also found out later a lot of their recommended repairs were baseless and total lies to sell services. Don't make any fast decisions with these people. Get a second opinion. That being said when I bought my new car there 3 years ago it was at a good price. The finance office of course trys hard to wheel and deal you. But the service department is where they make the big money.
