Tricksters

Be very wary of this dealership and Lease fine print (or lack thereof). I leased a Sante Fe about 3 years ago and was called by our previous sales person, Arvind (who is now their Finance Manager) to turn in my vehicle and lease again. My husband and I went in and discussed with Arvind our situation that we of course would be interesting in leasing again if the deal was right. Because we did not have a lot of money in our savings we took a long time to make a decision to get a new Sante Fe. Mainly, we were a bit over miles and was assured by Arvind that this would be taken care of and not to worry about it. We had worked with Arvind before and had no reason to distrust his word. Boy, were we wrong. After upgrading our vehicle, increasing our down payment and monthly payment we thought we were set and happily on our way. Only to get a 2,000 bill 2 months later from Hyundai for the mileage we were over and excess wear and tear that was promised to be taken care of. According to my brother in law dealers have a choice to take a vehicle and sell it on their lot which gives them a bit more flexibility in the money they can recoup or handing it back to the manufacturer and letting them handle it by billing for additional charges. I was sincerely shocked in the response that I was given that he would have never promised any such thing and I will be talking to his boss Andy Wright tomorrow, but I am sincerely disappointed in the broken promises made with this deal. Shame on us for not knowing all the fine print and going on the guidance of this finance manager. I wanted to share so this doesn't happen to someone else. Buyer beware of what you are being told. Get everything in writing!!! Possibly take someone with you that can tell you the truth when purchasing a vehicle or better yet, go to someone more honest and up front. UPDATE- I thought I would have better luck talking to a VP at this dealership and once again was disappointed. Tried to work this out with his boss and find myself at a loss 3 times! Once to tell him the situation where he said he would reach to Hyundai Motor Finance to see what he could work out and promised to call me back. 2nd I had to call him to follow up after giving him a full business day past the day he said he would call me back and he promised me that they told him by Wednesday he would have an answer. So now its Thursday and again I gave him an extra full business day to call me back and he did not! So after following up the 3rd time, I followed up with Hyundai Motor Finance and Hyundai Consumer Affairs and they both told me there was no record of this issue being called in

Bad to GREAT

I went to Lehigh Valley Hyundai absolutely miserable after being taken advantage of by Brown Daub Kia. I was greeted immediately by a salesman named Aubrey who was the unfortunate victim of my venting when I was asked how I was doing. He assured me that he was going to make this experience as easy as possible for me and that I was in good hands. I was quite abrasive and skeptical as I know this kind of talk is standard sales practice. Well let me tell you... He ABSOLUTELY delivered on every level of his word. Aubrey was genuinely nice and very passionate about his work and it showed with his careful handling of my situation. He made the process a breeze and this was my most pleasant experience to date with purchasing a vehicle. He and the finance team had me in and out in less than 3 hours from test drive to paperwork completed to taking delivery of my BRAND NEW 2018 Elantra!!! I can't thank Aubrey and the team at Lehigh Valley Hyundai enough for all they've done for me so far. They turned a disaster of a situation into a pleasant and welcoming situation. They helped to lift a huge burden off my shoulders and I feel like I was in very good hands from start to finish!

Treated very good

Found a truck on the web and visited showroom. Our salesman was Omar and he was honest and hard working. The rest of the staff was helpful and respectful. Overall a fun purchase. We bought the truck!

Poor commuications

I a started chat with an online I thought person [wrong answer everything was automated]and kept getting email responses that made no cense and would not answer any questions I asked. Than I was given a phone number of the so to speak sales manager which when called was no longer in service. Than I emailed the president [I guess they said it was] and he never called me. So you take it for what it's worth.

Started off a little bumpy, but came to a perfect end

This review is an update from an original one I had posted. Lehigh Valley Hyundai's team went out of its way to turn a negative customer experience into a very positive one. The outcome was great. I am more than satisfied with the care they took to reach out to me after my initial encounter with them, and they made sure I was given affordable options to suit my budget. I will gladly do business with them in the future if the opportunity arises.

Awesome Experience

What can I say, first time dealing with Lehigh Valley, first time buying a new car and could not say anything but positive things about the team at Lehigh Valley Hyundai. Price could not be beat. Dan Nadeau did an excellent job navigating my wife and I through the process. Sales Manager Stephen Harris was on point to answer any questions. Finance Manager Daniel Graff did an excellent job getting me the best financing possible. Just all around excellent. I would highly recommend Lehigh Valley Hyundai be your first and only stop if your looking for a Hyundai. I'm sure when I visit their service department for my scheduled maintenance, I will have good things to say about their service department.

Purchase of 2015 Hyundai Santa Fe

The courteous and efficient manner with which we were treated was outstanding. John Anderson, our salesman, was an expert in describing and counseling us about cars that were available; he also treated us with empathy and kindness . John guided us to choose the right vehicle tailored to our physical and financial needs. Travis, the supervisor, made us feel respected and welcome at each one of our visits. Make sure you know the price going in or you will over pay like any other dealership car salesman are in business to make money. Over all they were fair and not very pushy I got what I came for at a fair price.

Typical

Was quoted a price on line, and told it was negotiable over the phone by Tom. In the meantime, the price was dropped another 1000 on line. Of course when I got there, it was "already marked down as low as they could go" and was not negotiable. I never met Tom the internet sales manager who I spoke with over the phone a few times, and it took all day to get the car and get out of there. I was also told that I needed Gap coverage to be approved for credit. (which I was planning on getting anyway) They also offered a lower trade in price for the car I was trading in and that was not negotiable either. Josh, the salesman I dealt with was very pleasant, though, even if he supposedly couldnt procuce the carfax.They are your typical smoke and mirrors dealership and I would never do business with them or reccomend them to anyone.

2011 Honda CRV lease

I initiated the relationship with LV Honda then went to Edmunds to check on prices. Edmunds was very helpful in helping me hone the deal a little better. I appreciated seeing online what I should be paying. They were a little high but they made the monthly lease price work for me. The Edmund's experience made all the difference in the world. I felt very confident. I also felt respected that I knew the Edmunds info and the dealership also knew the Edmunds info. They did not make me feel I was being unreasonable. The other dealer I worked with practically laughed me out of the dealership when I told them my expectations on a comparable car. I felt the other dealer did not want to do business with me. LV Honda appreciated my business. That was a great feeling.

Lehigh Valley Honda Hyundai Suzuki

I am one to be skeptical of car dealers based on previous experiences. I was not looking forward to buying a car. I find being a women can also have its disadvantages in this situation. However, at this dealership, I felt very comfortable and relaxed. My salesman, Mr. Baker, was professional, knowledgeable and easy to deal with. This was the best no hassle buying experience I've had with regards to buying a car. A 5 star experience. I love my CRV!
