Service at Kelly Chevrolet in Butler, PA

The experience was very pleasant. The service advisor, Kristen, was especially kind and courteous. She is a great tribute to Kelly Chevrolet. They had me in and out within an hour. Very efficient and professional.

Politics is not service

2011 Malibu. I have had my car in 7 times for service. Gas mileage is sub par. Transmission at 18k, currently is dark brown. Car rattles at 60 going up hill, but quits when gas is left off. There is a signing at 40 mph. Brakes are grabby and dare not turn left and hit brakes. It will pull you into traffic. All is "normal" for my codes and car. Still under warranty... but no one will touch it. Service here stinks and mechanics are worse. Do not buy, service or sell here.
