First timer at Ron Lewis. Never got this level of courteous professional service in Moon or Hopewell dealerships. Easy to use website service appointment options. Jamie returned my calls, promptly, professionally and was courteous. We will go back again for routine service needs and will try sales team next.

It was mismanaged from the start. Never told me that had to drop my car off until my wife got down there. Rotated my tires when I specifically told them not to. No one explained how their policies worked that addressed covid-19. Easily the worst overall experience I had from Lewis Kia

We have purchased AT LEAST 5 vehicles at Ron Lewis Ford. Our salesman EVERYTIME, is James Lasky. He is fabulous! See James if you are in the market. He is very friendly and knowledgeable. He goes so far above and beyond for his clients! We will never go to anyone else. We just had BOTH vehicles in Ron Lewis Ford service department recently. Between James Lasky (yes! he will even be there when you need service, and for ANY questions you have anytime) and Crystal (in service), both transactions were smooth and painless. We were very impressed with these service visits.

Engine Replacement- Beaver Falls

Took my Kia into Ron Lewis in Beaver Falls, Pa on a Tuesday with engine problems. Bennie in the service center had an idea what was wrong, had a tech check it out, it was exactly what was wrong and updated me the following day. He let me know it was going to be all on Kia which was amazing! being engine replacements are an expensive fix! I was also given a rental until my car was ready which didn’t take long either. Thanks to Bennie for keeping me updated with my vehicle & the speedy work by the techs!

work was good... but parts sub par

I brought my truck in for an oil change tire rotation and state inspection which was all fine. But, one of the techs accidentally broke one of the rain shields on my side back window. I did't get upset. things happen... They told me they had already ordered replacement ones and would change them ALL out... I thought this was fair. until they replaced my really good rain shields with the cheapest pieces of crap they could find. I would like to think they would have replaced them with the exact ones that they broke. All the work was acceptable and everything else was great. But, if I wanted cheap crappy rain shields thats what I would have put them on in the first place. I'm not sure I would recommend this dealer to a friend because of this. again not the technicians fault so I can't say anything bad about them at all.
