Purchased a Ford Transit Connect and Love It!!

We were greeted by a bunch of smiling faces. Our salesman Jeff Varner was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He made the buying process very smooth from beginning to end. It was a pleasure working with him, I would highly recommend him. The finance man was easy to work with. He took his time going over the loan and was very articulate. He was also very knowledgeable and professional. A+ transaction from start to finish.

Pallotta Ford is the best dealership i have had the pleasure to work with. No pressure, willing to work with you and go the extra mile! Talon worked with me to purchase a ford edge. He made sure all of the "I"s were dotted and the "T"s were crossed. Great service and family atmosphere.

I purchased a F150 at Pallotta Ford . My salesman Justin was wonderful and great to deal with. We liked them so much that a couple of weeks later I took my wife back and purchased a Ford Edge. I am from Columbus and got my car at Pallotta Ford Lincoln dealership as I was looking for used Ford Escape with low mileage and they had exactly what I was looking for for a reasonable price. My father-in-law got his Lincoln at the same place some seven year ago ago and was happy with it, so I went for It too. At the moment of the purchase my car hasn't been detailed yet and we agreed on it being delivered to me to Columbus in four days right after detailing. When the car was brought to me it had the dent on the driver side passenger door like a smaller size rock hit it. Probably something happened to the car in transit. I was frustrated. The drivers brought it to me like that and took it back. Nick Christino contacted after me the movement drivers left and offered to repaint the door at their Ford certified body shop. He took care of every little detail and two days later I had my car delivered to me again in a wonderful condition. Nick kept me informed about the stages the car was going through and offered me one day of rental at dealership cost. I have been driving my car for two month so now. I am very happy with the experience I had at Pallotta Ford and Lincoln. Highly recommmend to everyone.

I started my search online and starting discussing our needs with Dawn. She was great, friendly and got the answers I was looking for quickly. She put in touch with Talon, again great dude. Very nice and did a great with my kids who wrecked havoc for several hours around the dealership. Overall great experience and will definitely go back when the time comes.

The only complaint I will say is when you took it to put gas in it you guys only put half a tank. I have never had a experience where anyone wouldn't fill the tank up for the customer.

Long distance Fusion Purchase

I was looking to purchase a used Fusion in my area, Cincinnati. Unfortunately, even though there are some great Ford Dealerships in the area, I could not find the color, equipment package, and a Ford Certified version of my preference in my home town. I found it at Pallotta Ford, but 5 hours away. I worked out a deal sight unseen with the visual guidance of their website and assurances from the sales staff. Since it was so far, they meet me a little over halfway and the car was exactly as described, they even installed new all weather floor mats at no charge. I took delivery in a parking, quickly signed the paperwork and was on my way. Larry, Rob, and my sales persons did a fantastic job of making a long distance deal seamless!

I had a wonderful experience. Talon was very helpful and made the entire process very painless, I have had experiences that were not so great elsewhere. Rob worked real hard to ensure I could get a loan. They all had my best interest in mind. I stopped to browse and ended up buying a very nice car. I would definitely recommend them.

Jordan Jackson was my salesperson. He was very nice and knowledgeable. We came to a quick agreement on trade value and completed the deal. After the deal was struck, the truck was not cleaned well. In fact, it wasnt even waxed. Very happy with the sale, but equally disappointed with the delivery of the truck.

I was unable to work with another dealership who treated me poorly. I went to Pallotta Ford and they were friendly and helpful. They gave me what I needed on my trade and kept my payments where I wanted them to budget it at for the term I required. I bought a one year old Escape with the Titanium package and EcoBoost with under 20,000 miles. It should last me a long time and I'm very thankful for my salesman, Jeff, and the finance guys, Larry and Robb.
