We were called the day after our purchase, being told we owed more than 250.00 because they never called the banks to get our true payoff value. We explained it was not our responsibility to attain the pay off values, and that it was their mistake. The general manager said he couldn't eat the cost. We explained that it was not our mistake to pay for, and he said he would not mail our paperwork out for our new cars until it was paid in full. He then turned his back on my husband and walked away from him, not addressing our concern with any sympathy at all. We had no choice but to pay the bill or we would not have been able to register our new cars. We were their number one priority until our cars were done and purchased and the next day later they could have cared less that we had given them so much business. That was our 7th car purchase from them in a matter of 8 years, and we will never shop their again. Customer loyalty says a lot about a dealership and if you can't count on a dealership to live up to their committments, it is not a dealership worth buying from.
