I was looking for a certified vehicle in a Ridgeline.I walked into Germaine Honda walked up to Charlie Wertz and started talking.He gave me the information about the vehicle and made the experience very nice.Charlie also spoke to my wife on the phone and explained some details about buying the vehicle.Mr Wertz also helped me with my rental vehicle.I forgot my garage door opener in it and Charlie mailed it to my home.He is a really great guy.very funny too. Black Pilots are the hardest to find.

Recently I purchased a new Honda Pilot Elite from Germain. When the black Pilot was not on the lot, David Meyer's helped to secure the exact vehicle that I wanted. Pilot #3 purchased at Germain Honda of Dublin!

I showed up at the dealership to meet a salesperson and to see, in person, the 2024 Pilot. By random luck Mohamed Rufai (Moe). Moe is a laid back, not pushy, salesman. He quickly located a new Pilot to test drive and off I went. I was very pleased with the ride and the quality feel. We discussed options needed and color preference and made pans to order MY Pilot. It needed to be built. We quickly arrived at the final deal price and just waited for it to arrive. Moe stayed in contact as the build progressed. The delivery went very well and fully met my expectations. I definitely recommend this dealer and this salesperson.

I was so lucky to work with my sales associate Allison Webb, she was so personable, professional, attentive, knowledgeable and I could not recommend her more! I especially appreciate her being hands on and happy to help me with any with questions and concerns after I left with the keys in my hand. I came in to buy a brand new Civic at one of the busiest times of the year and Allison made it the smoothest process ever!

I leased a car at this dealership for the first time a few weeks ago on a cold rainy day. Aaron Pape was my sales person and he was absolutely amazing! I’ve never had a pleasant experience buying cars before but Aaron completely changed my attitude about buying cars. Not only did he insist on standing out in the horrible weather with me time and time again, but I told him I had to be done by a certain time and he made sure everything was wrapped up in plenty of time. I had a budget that I could not exceed and Aaron worked his magic to make sure I was happy with the results. He was amazing! I will definitely get another car from Aaron Pape in the future.
