This is my second lease from Crown Jeep Dublin. The staff is wonderful and they do sincerely care about your choice of vehicle and how it will fit your need. My salesman, Everet Mcsaveny made sure that my new Jeep Compass was delivered absolutely spotless! He took time to go over the e-features with me, and answer questions. He did not rush through the process and was focused on my deal. Years prior, I brought my Jeep Wrangler to Crown for all service (though I did not lease that Jeep from Crown). The service department is efficient and convenient to book an appointment. Which led me to getting the next Jeep FROM Crown Jeep Dublin. The GM,Damon Clark, is on the sales floor engaging with customers and to me…that is very important. Getting to know the lead staff makes every return visit a comfortable stress free event.

Crown Jeep earned our trust when they provided honest service for our daughter's jeep. I live 2.5 hrs away from Dublin Ohio. I saw the 2012 jeep wrangler for sale online but was afraid of driving all the way up to Dublin just to find a bunch of rust under the jeep. I called anyway and talked to Everett McSavaney. I asked Everett if he could send me some pictures of the frame and undercarriage. He climbed underneath the jeep and sent us several pictures. He assured me that this jeep was in great shape and I wouldn’t be disappointed. He wasn’t wrong it was in fantastic condition almost like new for a 2012. I would recommend this dealership to all my friends and family and I’ve never said that about anyplace in 67 years.

Outstanding customer service and buying experience!!! I had prior contact with sales regarding the specific vehicle I was looking for. When I arrived, I was met by my sales rep, Daniel Pierce. The Jeep I was looking for was parked in front of the building and he handed me the keys and told me to take it for a drive. During this time, he prepared sales paperwork so when I returned, there was no waiting. We agreed on the sales terms, I completed all the paperwork with Frank Salierno Jr., Financial Services Manager, and then met with the GM of the dealership, Damon Clark. Dan provided me an orientation on the finer working points of the Jeep and after assisting with my phone service connection, I was on my way. Very pleasant buying experience without any hassle or pressure! Definitely recommend Crown Jeep!!!

Crown Jeep is an excellent full service dealership. I have purchased 3 cars from Lew Ash (Salesperson) and Neil Linkhorn (Sales Manager). Both are very professional, knowledgeable and transparent. An excellent price from the start eliminating the unpleasant back and force. The service department is outstanding and the difference maker for why I have purchased 3 vehicles from Crown Jeep over the past 3 years. Over the years I have built a strong relationship with Ty Ramsey who is now the Service Manager. Ty is very knowledgeable with the Jeep product line and accurately trouble shoots occasion service needs. There are many Jeep dealerships around the Columbus area. I drive 30 minutes each way to/from my home for Crown! Highly recommend you consider Crown for your Jeep, Chrysler, Dodge vehicle purchase and service.
