Always careful with my car no damage to my paint scratches nicks dings when I take it in for service always ask me before they do anything that I may not want courteous friendly staff

After trying to take it to Furey's several times and everytime they told me after a few hours of having my Jeep that the manufacturer sent the wrong part to correct the recall, this was pretty hassle free and within an hour I had received the call that it was done.

Awesome customer service, clean facilities

The great customer service. From the salesman to Bruce in service, you can't get customer service like this much these days. Every interaction with your personnel has been out of this world. Definitely will be a repeat customer and continue telling people they want to do business with Wally Armour.

Kody DeWitt was helpful, straightforward, and prepared. Purchase went quick, and when minor problems were found after the fact that wouldn't allow the truck to pass PA inspection, the dealer made it right. Communication was quick and adequate.

I liked how everyone was so kind. I was offered drinks, pizza, and provided an update about what was going on with my vehicle. Also, my vehicle was vacuumed and exterior washed. What other dealership does that?! The customer service is awesome. Thank you!

2010 Journey recall

just got the recall taken care of. I have always been very happy with the service I have received at Wally Armour, with the exception of one time & I went to JR regarding that particular service person & I was assured that we would no long have any dealings with him and that was the end of it.

3,000 mile service

I took my Dodge Journey in for service this morning and was very pleased. The service advisor Brad waited on me promptly and in a professional manner. Indicated how long the wait and advised me that there was a waiting area upstairs or across the parking lot and there was also coffee. My car was done before the estimated time and I was on my way. My husband and I will continue to have service completed on our journey and ram done at Wally Armour's and when we are in need of another vehicle we will definitely purchase it there.

would never cover anything under warranty

used to have all of my services done at this location, after they would not cover faulty tie rod ends at just over 20,000 miles I wont be returning. plus I would have scheduled maintenance and they would give me a time frame but it always took longer than they said.
