Professional staff, had appointment, only negative comment is leaving oil residue on frame that drops on my garage floor. Only does it once, the day of service. I clean it up and it doesn’t happen again. Very satisfied with Hilbish except for the attention to detail by the technician. Mentioned this before but nothing changed.

The service was great. I had the tires rotated, oil changed and other fluids topped off. I was expecting to have to pay but the guy that told me the car was ready asked if I had signed up for rewards. The points I had built up paid for the service and I have enough for the next one. This made me very happy.

Sold me a truck with broken AC and they refused to fix it correctly. Will never buy from them again and recommend that everyone steer clear of this dealer.

Called For an appt. Nice, friendly young lady worked with me for the best time for me to get my 2018 F-150 an oil change and tire rotation. Used the mobile service vs going into the dealership this time. The mobile unit arrived on time and the technicians couldn't have been a better representative of the dealership. HIGHLY recommend!

2020 Edge Navigation problem

My navigation would not hold history. 2020 Edge. 2 local dealers said 3 to 4 days and then maybe they could fix it. Hilbish service manager said "give me an hour" and it took them an hour and 15 minutes. Great! It's a 4 hour round trip for us to get to Hilbish but with only 1 car and 2 Columbia SC area Ford dealers guessing 3 to 4 days to maybe fix the problem it was worth the drive. Plus we had a great lunch at Casa Grande in Kannapolis.

Oil change

Went in for a simple oil change. There are two bays for entrance and ahead of me was a police vehicle going in. So, I followed the unit in but had to back out because the person was too lazy to walk in the cone that's placed on top of the vehicle and the other bay had a vehicle with its hood up being looked at. This is not the issue, but the way things were going to go. I was not in a hurry at all, but it took over an hour and a half to get the vehicle back. Walked out to my vehicle and a handprint was on the hood, ok I will clean that up when i get home. But when I opened the door there was oil and grease on the seat, arm rest and floor mats. Went back in and showed the car advisor what happened, and they took care of it. If you take vehicle in it should come the same condition back. Yes, I will go back, the dealership does provide a good service.

I am surprised that I have not been told at my past visits to Hilbish that I needed my cabin air filter and air filter changed before now. I thought those things were checked when I brought the car in for service! I have been having issues with the car not running good, sometimes doesn’t want to go when I have to stop at a light or sign. I hope this helps. I would not recommend anybody buying an escape , nothing to do with the dealership!!!
